Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Most US orders arrive in 5–8 business days. International orders can take 10–20 business days.
Can I return my float?
Unopened/unused floats can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened or inflated floats can't be returned for hygiene reasons — but if yours arrived damaged, we'll make it right! Just send us a photo.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the US, Canada, and internationally. Shipping is free on US/Canada orders over $60. International orders have a flat $25 shipping rate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so reach out ASAP! If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to make changes. Once it's on its way, we can't make edits.
